Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but 300 mm bore pipe.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates including necessary form work , weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves and the like complete.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits and sides of suspended roof slab and the like n.exc 200 mm thick rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ path complete all as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors laid in panels and finishing top surfaces of cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement including fixing only glass dividing strips to divide area in panels and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3 mm thick 38 mm wide glasss dividing strips inserted in position (floor) to conform to design complete all as directed..

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M & L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate to 150 mm bore Hume pipe including packing and haunching completely surrondings of the pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down existing tube light fittings of any type and S&F new 20/22/24 Watt wall mounted 4 ft glaze LED batten CCT(K) 6500 high quality design aluminium extruded with decortive and caps fixed as per manufacturers instructions and making necesdsary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing tube light fittings of any type S&F new 10 Watt wall mounted 2 ft glaze LED batten CCT(K) 6500 high quality design aluminium extruded with decortive and caps fixed as per manufacturers instructions and making necesdsary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing light fittings of any type S&F new 36 W LED security / street light fittings with powder coated pressure die cast aluminum housing, toughened glass cover and translucent diffuser, IP 66 roadway luminaries having CCT 6500 mounted / fixed as per manufacturers instructions making necessary electrical connection and testing on completion complete all as directed..
