REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO VARIOUS MAKE OF COOLING TOWER, AHUs OF ANY CAPACITY AND CONNECTED DUCTING AND ALLIED WORKS AT INS KARNA, NAD BHEEMUNIPATNAM

S&F new cooling tower hub and fan including fixing, testing and commissioning of various capacity of AC plants, including Dismantling electrical connections, taking down existing cooling tower motor from cooling tower of the following capacity and carrying out the requiste repairs by filling metal on the worn out portion of shaft, machining to the standard size of hub, removing the bends, checking the balancing complete all as specified and directed:-

S&F new sprinkler unit made out of die cast aluminium 1 No, water distribution pipe of HDPE 4 Nos including necessary dripping holes end dummy and 4 Nos tie rod with necessary clamps including testing and commissioning the sprinkler assembly for the following capacities of FRP cooling tower of induced draught type, including Taking down the defective water sprinkler assembly consisting of water distribution pipe set of 4 Nos, sprinkler unit, balancing tie rod set, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete overhauling servicing of cooling tower FRP type, removal of complete scales, dirt etc. by using chemicals, cleaning the sump louvers PVC fills, fan assembly, renewal of spray nozzle with connected pipe, renewals of nuts bolt, leak arresting of the FRP tank, replacing PVC fills and complete painting of the cooling tower all as specified and shaft bush and carrying out repair to cooling tower by taking down the choked PVC fills, segments, rusted structural supports, bolts & nuts repair to PVC segments cold water sumps, broken nozzles, cleaning the cooling tower fan assembly, overhauling of fan motor, sprinkler system including replacement of defective parts such as nozzles, mesh sprinkler PVC common header pipes valve, bolts and nut strainer, arresting of base leakages if any removing and cleaning of fungus complete including white washing the base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PVC fills will be mesured and paid seperately under relevant sch of item.

M&L for carrying out the chemical servicing /checking/ inspection of the Air Handling units & cooling coils by applying the non-aciditic scale removing agent to the fins area of the cooling coil, copper tubes, remove the complete scale deposit across the coil, flushing through and complete blowing out the dirt, cleaning the fan impellers, filter section, fan section and complete cleaning of filters, tightening of all bolts & nuts, renew the rusted bolts & nuts checking the alignment of the drive set, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filter, replacement of unserviceable bearing renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the Air Handling units of AC Plant and cleaning of bushes of cooling tower nearby area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting electrical/ mechanical connections defective unserviceable Motor from cooling tower, taking down the defective Induction Motor of any make / model shifted to work shop for dismantling motor, remove burnt out winding from stator and rewinding the stator with same gauge super enamelled copper conductor with necessary insulation materials, varnishing backing re-assembling motor including replacement of both end bearings complete after complete the job motor shifted to site and reinstalled at its original position including allignment with electrical connections and testing for best performance complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for preparation of Insulation removed surface of the chilled water line for appling the bitumen base paint, anti-corrosive paint at rusted portion the angle iron supports & claps /chanel supports/ etc.size of the chiiled water lines passing through the open air in between the chiller plant and for the following plant to AHUs both chilled water supply & return line, the work included neessary grouting /plastering of the supports in ground/walls as per the site conditions, bushes /small tree cutting /branches cutting on the chiiled water line passing through complete including Taking down the damaged themal insulation of chilled water lines connecting in between the chiller plant room and AHUs of the Various AC plants and clearing the site and desposing perished themocol, fiber glass wools, cement plaster derbis etc including transporting to taking out side stn & clean area properly all as specified and directed for the following size .

M&L for Insulation of M S Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet, high themocol pipe section to the chilled water line by appling industrila quality betumin compound of 40/90 grade, sealing the joints, covering with tar coated hassian cloth, chicken mesh and 15 mm thick cement plastering and painting all the work as per the site condition, height of the lines are including and upto 5 meters of height. For the following size of chilled water line at various AC plants complete all as specified and directed.
