REPAIR TO EXTERNAL PORTION AND ROOF TREATMENT

M&L for A coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) manufactured by authorised manufacturer specified in particular spicification, laid as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete including taking down existing roof treatment the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign material by wire brushing, cleaning off surface and removal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as directed. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on roof surface finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound as per manufecturer's instructions including taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed Note- WPC will be measured and paid separetly as supply only under respective items separetely.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiied and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, three layered, ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-2009 including 20mm dia GI light grade washout pipe 50mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI light grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valve 15mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 gms fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valve 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 gms fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore gun metal globe/gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/GI pipe fixed in repair complete all as directed. Make: Zoloto/Leader/Kirloskar

S&F 15mm bore medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings (ISI Marked) and jointed, tested and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc complete including taking up or down existing steel tubing pipe complete all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings (ISI Marked) and jointed, tested and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc complete including taking up or down existing steel tubing pipe complete all as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hocking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work and demolition of existing old cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel not ex 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, three layered, ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-2009 including 20mm dia GI light grade washout pipe 50mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI light grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m)

Taking down existing broken portion of upward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete rienorcement of any thickness and surface area exc 0.5 sqm but not exc 5.0 sqm and providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 12.5 mm granded stone agg including finishing the surface by providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and finish the surface smooth using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m) .

Taking down existing broken portion of upward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete reinforcement of any thickness and shape and surface area exc 0.50 Sqm but n exc 5.0 Sqm and repaired by providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with quick setting adhesive inclusive of all necessary reinforcement / mesh and other material including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly surface with application of one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m height and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering) . Note: Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ)

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Appex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work to be carriedout upto hight of 7.5 m

Disconnecting existing tank of any description, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all Scale dirt etc and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing with bleaching powder etc and hosting, reconnecting and re fixing in position of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work including demolition of existing PCC platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
