Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LOT Manifold 10 (5+5) Cylinder connection 1" class 300 with all fittings, Two coat MRF Epoxy Primer & MRF Epoxy Paint. The installation must be fully complied with the IS standard. The work includes all civil works like demolishing, core cutting, plastering the sides and finishing the area neatly.

FIRE PROTECTION

Supplying and installing at approved location approved make fire buckets of 24 gauge galvanized steel sheet, standard 9 litre capacity and of round bottom shape, painted white inside and red outside and black on the bottom, inscribed with letters “ FIRE & rdquo; in black and gold. Cost shall be inclusive of providing MS stand for 2 nos of fire buckets, or , duly painted over a coat of primer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 9kg ABC (Powder Type) Fire Extinguisher. In HP Mild Steel Cylinders ISI marked fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS:1349-1993.

LPG ROOM

od152922/2022_2023 Laying of departmental precoated galvanised iron profile sheets with self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, conveyance and labour charges for all led and lift, including sealing the holes and screw joints with silicon sealant as directed by the Engineer in-charge complete. (Roofing sheet only shall be supplied departmentally)

OD 10.16.1 Steel work in departmental built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, 2 coat epoxy paint including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. (Steel pipe sections shall be supplied departmentally)

10.16.1 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, 2 coat epoxy paint including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Supplying and fixing Euro Guard Hysquare or equivalent approved make UPVC gutter of 200mm wide, 100mm deep 3mm (4 Kg/cm2 Guage), Added rib for extra strength with special type clamp at 60cm c/c, all types of fittings like end drop, end cap etc. as per site condition. The rate includes down pipe, all cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm or 50x50 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm (4mm dia.) to steel frames by welding including applying priming coat with approved steel primer, 2 coat epoxy paint all complete. The MS frame works will be paid separately.
