Pile foundation Boring for cast-in-situ piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipement for pile boring including all labours and material . Nothing etc shall be payable for mobilisation of equipemnt separtely.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in pile cap, grade beam, plinth beam & tie beam complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams/ plinth beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drawings including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 12mm dia as in stirups for pile caps and gared bearns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 8 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts complete all as specified.

M/L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Formwork to sides of pile caps, grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified.

Providing testing equipment & Ioad and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting Integrity test on RCC pile completed all as specified and as directed

Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations nas directed for 500mm dia and more cast in situ piles completed all as specified and as directed

External Electric Supply Supply and fixing rectangular LED flood light with innovative thermal management and available in multiple optics and equiped with IP 66 Protection mounted on stand with a height of 4 feet 5 inch medium grade Galvanised pipe 50mm grade fixed on a revolving round made with rubber wheel can be transportable type from one point to another point. The LED flood light fitting is fixed or pivoted in the GI pipe in an adjstable pin so that to rotate the light 0 to 360 degree from the pipe, the total height of the light fiitings to be 5 feet 4 inch.
