M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in roof padding over roof for making good depression / undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and screeding / bedding layer of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over the RCC roof slab for laying of water proofing treatment including providing the following as roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed : - (a) FIRST COURSE: Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency that of APP with a density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/litre at 25 degree celsius on prepared plastered surfaces. (b) SECOND COURSE: Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) THIRD COURSE : Provide a layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3.00mm having weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm, mineral gravel finish on top, using torch application method with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap complete . (d) FOURTH COURSE : Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS- 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) FIFTH COURSE : 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding, well compacted with V -shaped groove 6 mm wide and 10 mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete,size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 1.50 Sqm including WPC as per manufacturer instruction. NOTE :- 1. A Information Tablet will be put up in the front side wall of the buildings where this work will be done. All building/structure shall be provided with plaque (tablet) furnishing the information as per PS clause, in plaster engraving in and painted as directed by GE 2.WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for rolled mild steel sections like angle, channel, flat, square etc as in framed work such as grills, gratings, bracket for sunshade etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars ,barred iron doors; ladders ;framed balusters walk ways railings framed work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, cilinigs ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc., and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface.,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack.,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM (1:1:2) using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat. ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone or brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 6 to 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 35.00 here-in-above, but size area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm

Taking down Indoor Unit and out door unit safely and disconnect copper tube (suction and discharge line ) and relocate new position with proper fastening and drilling suitable hole on wall with proper finish and connect outdoor unit with suitable size of suction and discharge line and refill gas as per existing and connect properly via soldering and MISC work etc including pressureing the complete unit with suitable Gas as per specified and as directed
