Plain cement concrete M15 grade using 40, 20 & 10 mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seigniorage etc., complete for Rigid aprons & Cut off walls footings.

Plain cement concrete M15 grade using 40, 20 & 10 mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seigniorage etc., complete for Cut off walls.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M25 grade (Design Mix) using 20 & 10 mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed in foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST, Seigniorage charges and cost of steel etc., complete for raft foundation.

Plain cement concrete M 20 grade (Design mix) using 40, 20 & 10 mm metal (HBG) mechanically mixed in foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH, including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seigniorage etc., complete for Abutment footings , Pier footings & Return walls (Below G.L.).
