Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Nominal Mix 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded stone aggregate )40mm (forty millimeter). The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by tablevibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick (fifty milimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in - Charge 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (One cement is to Two coarse sand is to Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (C.C. 1:3:6)(One cement is to three Coarse sand is to six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
