CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES IN TECH AREA AT AFS TEZPUR (PH-I)

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by mechnical process Machine as per manfucaturer's instructions and apply two coat of 100% Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (three to five colours as approved by the GE) (Nerolac: Excel Total brand/Berger: Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints: Apex Ultima Brand/ICl: Dulux Weather Shield Max Brand/J&N: Safeguard Optima Brand) painting over a coat of primer and including one coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surfaces, up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures, complete all as specified and directed. Note - (Work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer duly approved by GE before comencement of work).

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (Three to five colour as approved by the GE) over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on old steel sufaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply only ISI marked approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling chajja, facia etc with cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on ceiling chajja, facia etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
