Replacement of old HT Panel with new HT Panel for 2x250KVA Indoor Sub station at TE Manjeri, MLP BA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 panel HT Panel comprising of following components with powder coated sheet steel enclosure (minimum 2 mm thick) and mounted on channel of suitable size and sections. The enclosure shall have lifting arrangement, bus bars, and other accessories , including connections of existing HT cables, carrying out neccessary minor civil modification works in the cable ducts to accomodate the new HT panel including brick work/plastering / PCC flooring on the bottom side of existing trench , cutting of existing chequered plate & angle iron frames to suitable sizes as per the new requirement, welding , making good the damages , painting etc wherever required i/c preparation and submission of necessary documents and clearing the inspection of Electrical Inspector of BSNL ( if required) etc complete as required as detailed below and as per attached specifications: (BSNL/ KSEBL approved make)

c) HT side Bus bar- 630 A Aluminium with HT grade epoxy encapsulation and supporting insulators.

d) Necessary Interconnections, breaker control switch, local/remote switch, Indicating lamps for R,Y,B, ON/OFF/TRIP CKT HTY/AUTO TRIP/SPR CH, space heaters & thermostat, MCBs for AC/DC/SP CH Motors, electronic audio alarm system, aux plug & socket, panel illumination lamp, other electrical/mecahnical accessories, provision for termination with suitable size HT XLPE Al. cable

Dismantling existing HT OCB 3 panel HT panel, metering panel along with cables etc and shifting the same to suitable location within the exchange premises as directed by Engineer in-charge etc as required.

Supply and laying of following size armoured, aluminium conductor XLPE power cable of 11 KV( U/E) grade conforming to latest IS through the existing masonry open duct etc as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :

P/F of angle iron frame work for the cable trench i/c cutting, welding, grouting, painting etc as reqd.

Providing and laying 6mm thick MS chequered sheet with 25mm x 25mm x 5mm angle iron on the bottom (wherever required) to cover the open trench I/c cutting, welding, providing handling /lifting arrangements, painting with primer and enamel paint, etc as reqd.

S/L of 2x1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c supplying & making end terminations with suitable size brass compression glands through the existing trench as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A, 240 V “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 A, 415 V “C” curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Excavating the hard soil to recover loose HT Cables including cutting of tree roots, drawing out and relaying the cable (approximatly 10 meters ), and refillingb the trench with the existing sand,bricks and soil etc with necessary shutdown and expert supervision complete as required (Excavation volume approx 2.35 cum)

Supplying of HT Gloves at site.

Supplying of 11-33KV telescopic FRP Earth discharge rod with approx 15 feet length, std length PVC insul copper cable of min 4 sq mm, clip, case Alu head etc as reqd. [ Kusum Meco/ Metravi/ similar superior make]

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
