Repair and Protection work of RCC Bridge at Raunapar Latghat Amila Road

Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m. (Including replacement of Deffective Bearings)

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

Providing and applying epoxy mortar over vide cracks of Arch/Rcc beams/deck slabs by epoxy grouting and injection process including providing and inserting nipples approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specification s including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of holes of nipples after completion of grouting with epoxy making 'V' grooves and applying apoxy mortar over the wide cracks as per MoRT&H specifications. The cost includes removal of defective concrete cleaning of surface thoroughly applying of material as per specification, labour, T&P scaffolding arrangements required for proper completion of work. Complete as per technical specifications and direction of engineer-in charge.

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6.

Replacement of Expansion joint includingall material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses, build up gates record racks, roof work, gates etc wrought to required from including drilling holes riveting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade 13.47.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) Finishing with Deluxe Multi surfacepaintsystem for interiors and over abase of white cement base putty of everage thickness one mm.

Painting 2 coat over priming coat (including cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10 cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M in area white superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Highgloss apcolite superlac, Deluxe specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping including cost of all materials labour tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications
