Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

Taking down wooden door shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges medium weight; 100mm size all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade 10mm to 12mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here in before but on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

S & F for anodized aluminium snap grid frame work as in clause No. 10.38 of MES Schedule Part I for false ceiling of size 605 mm x 605mm with supporting hanger comprising of 6 mm MS rod / GI flat 40x3mm, ‘J’ bolt with necessary washers, bolts and nuts for securing frame work to ceiling and to the snap grid complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured ( HPSC ) non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to aluminium snap grid frame work with screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new non AC ceiling board surfaces with a coat of Birla white putty finished the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® all as specified and directed

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long, Diameter of neck in 11 to 15mm all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete for post,pole etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type wieghing not less than 2.80 Kg/Sqm all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , stples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, bed block etc including necessary form works all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed.

M&L 1.60mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as specified and directed.
