Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of white lime wash to walls including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas, rub the surfaces with wire brush or grinder, repair stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required, and applying one coat of cement base paint (White or tinted) on surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, Chajjas including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality (white or tinted), including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for complete removel of old existing tretment from surfaces of Walls, rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder, repair stopping nails marks by applying two coats of white cement base putty and finally prepare the surfaces with sand paper, and finishing walls with textured interior paint of required shade & type (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 Litres/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : Type of textures shall be approved by the GE/User before execution of work.

Material & labour for complete removel of old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth and preparation of steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality (white or tinted), in camouflage pattern, over one coat of red oxide primer, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height and camouflage pattern & color shall be approved by the user unit.

Material & labour for preparation old steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality (white or tinted), in camouflage pattern, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
