WORK A- ROAD, FOOT PATH & HARDSTANDING

Rolling and consolidating formation surface (in cutting ) with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

150m thick (compacted thickness) Soling (or subbase) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled , surfaces formed rolled and consolidated to required gradint and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power rollerall as specified and as directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness)WBM in two layers granite, trap or basalt with coarse aggregates of grading 2( 63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required with mechanical paver etc all as specified.

Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc for unsurfaced water bound macadam etc. and applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen @10Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, using VG 30 bitumen by mechanised paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolling to a smooth surface with 10 ton pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of guage n Exc. 100 mm depoited ,spread and Levelled in layer n exc.15 cm thick .waterd and Rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new surface of wall and applying two coats of anti fungal paint over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6), 40mm graded aggregate as sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

Coarse aggregate graded from 12.5 to 4.75mm filling under floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically using old size fly ash bricks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 exc 10cm thick in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg. as in foundation complete all as specified and directed .

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

B. STAGING FOR WATER TANK, CABLE TRENCH AND TRANSFORMER YARD

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M30 design mix (RMC) concrete using 20mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M30 design mix (RMC) concrete using 20mm graded aggregate inWalls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M30 design mix (RMC) (20mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of shape square,rectangle or polygonal finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

CRS /HCRM/CRM TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shaperequired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hookingends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as specified in item No. 8 above but 6.mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall complete all as complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 exc 10cm thick in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mmm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fair finished form work to side for slab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in Solid block masonry with using PCC Solid block as specified using 20mm graded stone aggregare, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mmm thick in cm 1:4 on laterite masonry surfacesor surface other than fair faceof brick work or on one side of lathing mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork all as specified and as directed

150mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mmm thick in cm 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and as directed

Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Walling of laterite stone in regular coursed, well bonded bdded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Rotational moulded 3 layered polyethylene water storage tank of capacity, white colour drinking water quality 2500Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position ( including necessary inlet and outlet arrangement ) with complete all as specified and directed.

C. AREA DRAINAGE

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork all as specified and directed

Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished channel 30 CM inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred or stopped ends as specified and directed

D. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

CPVC Pipes SDR 13.5 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified for 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified for 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Precast Cement concrete Block masonry 1:3:6 exc 10cm thick in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed

40mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work of concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Air valve for 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed pressure with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed for 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing short nipple arrangement with required bend with of 15mm size for washing points complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of flexible 15mm dia hose with jet and nipple arrangement for maintanance of panel ( 30m length) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubes in position for alteration and addition screwing for providing new 50mm dia bore size connection including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

e. EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

Medium grade galvanised iron pipe of size 100mm dia ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles crossings of road etc for protection of cable etc complete all as specified and directed

Cable joining kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (E), grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced precast concrete cable cover class EHV, type I1 with peak, size 600mmx23mm0x50mm complete all as specified and as directed.
