Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12 mm ddep and removing debris within 50mt.lead with all labour etccomplete as per direction of the Engineere-in-Charge.(Ground floor)
12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:4) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .
16mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) finished smooth to inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering, curing etc. with cost conveyance royalty taxes and Cess of the materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting two coats with any enamel paint old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying fitting and fixing up window ( sliding type ) made of aluminium section 151-154 ,151-155as window frame section no.151-155 as shutter frame wuth 5 mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Wall Painting Two coats with Weather Seal Coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
