Provision of Catering Services from Canteen in Jagjivan Ram Hospital, Mumbai Central for a period of five years

Minimum Annual Turnover from Catering Business (mandatory): The bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder shall submit the relevant information in Annexure 5 and also submit audited balance sheet and profit & loss account or Income tax returns of previous three (3) financial years i.e. 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26, duly certified by the Chartered Accountant

Financial standing (essential): The bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 lakh in the previous three financial years.

Solvency: An Affidavit stating that the bidder is solvent etc. as per Annexure 3 (Mandatory)

Legal status of the bidder (essential): The Bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD

Experience of Catering Business (essential): Minimum three years of experience in catering business. It has to be supported by certificate/letter of experience /allotment form concerned agencies for the last three years to be appropriately verified. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement

Additional Mandatory Requirements: All other mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure 2, Chapter 1 of Section B of the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, GSTIN Registration, FSSAI etc.

Validity of Offer :The Tenderer shall keep the offer open for a minimum period of as mentioned in NIT from the date of opening of tender. Within that period, the Tenderer cannot withdraw his offer. This is subject to the period being extended further if required by mutual agreement from time to time. Any contravention of the above condition will make the Tenderer liable for forfeiture of his Earnest Money Deposit.The Tenderer/s shall increase his/their quoted rates in case the Railway Administration negotiates for increase in rates. Such a negotiation shall not amount to cancellation or withdrawal of the original offer and the rates originally quoted will be binding on the Tenderer/s. The authority for acceptance of tenders shall rest with the Railway Administration, which does not bind Railway administration to accept the highest bid or any bid nor does it undertake to assign reasons for dealing to consider any particular tender or tenders.
