Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer Step-down 11 KV/433V out door type copper wound oil cooled type transformer of capacity 250 KVA off load tap charger with +/- 7.5% tap charger insteps of 2.5% with vector group DYN-11. The transformer shall be provided with HT bushing set of 3 Nos with brass nut and bushing, set of 3 Nos with brash nut and washers including first filling of new transformer oil complete in all respect of following capacity including standard fitting and fixtures as under:- (i) HV Primary side consisting of 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers. (ii) 01 Nos Cable End box on LV secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of cable of sizes LT 1100 V grade XPLE insulated heavy duty including gland point complete. (vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI Strips. (viii) One No. Thermometer Dial Type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting divide to maximum temperature including needle to temperature gauge: Max reading painted terminal.

(ix) Rating plate with terminal plate. (x) Oil level gauge. (xi) Oil drain filter valve. (xii) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. (xiii) Air release valve/plug. (xiv) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (xv) Extra Bushing for natural outside the Cable Box and providing independent earthing for neutral. (xvi) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant ISI and tested upto 60KV dielectric strength. Note: Transformer shall be fixed on PCC platform with including PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 2.80x2.80x1.20 mtrs high or including necessary foundation work of appropriate size as directed or as per manufactures recommendation. Concrete to be deemed its above said items.

Supply, laying & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

(iv) M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm dia or as directed by EIC complete all as directed and as specified. (v) M&L for painting of pole externally with two coats of black bituminous paint up to planting depth. The remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black and yellow bands (strips) 5 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block and writting pole number and feeder location by white synthetic enamel paint with proper letter size as directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
