Dismantling of unserviceable street light fittings of any type and any capacity from existing poles / buildings of any height/type including re-fixing after repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as LED drivers,LED modules, circuit plates, surge ptotector etc and making the fitting functional by replacing minor parts such as nuts,bolts PVC connector upto Rs. 25.00 each complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-Parts shall be measured & paid separately as given here-in-after as supply only.

Supply and fix in repairs loop-in loop-out box of size 20X20x15 cm made of 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door of locking arrangements and slanting cover on top with provision of aluminium busbar of size 25 x 2mm - 2 No fixed on insulator complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&f in repairs street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&f in repairs commissioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 12KW 3P, or equivalent three phase ,max load 12KW complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor.

S&f in repairs commissioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 8KW 1P, or equivalent single phase ,max load 8KW complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor.

S&f in repairs commissioning and testing of Digital Astronomical timer street light control panel of three phase Max load 12 KW complete with contractor rating 65/TP, MCB rating 63 Amp SPN complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor.

S&f in repairs commissioning and testing of Digital Astronomical timer street light control panel of single phase ,max load 8KW complete with contractor rating 32/TP, MCB rating 40 Amp SPN complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor.

S&F in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable one twin core, flat or circular 6 Sqmm PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tapes and overall PVC sheathed in service connection from pole to Main Switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Cable route markers made of galvanised iron with embossing of HT Cable or LT Cable, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long, for HT/LT cable route marking duly embedded in and incl PCC (1:3:6) foundation up to 30 cm incl excavation and earth work.

Lopping / pruning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while pruning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for pruning of trees.

S&f in repairs micro prismatic reflective sheet, min 2.5 cm wide, with adhesive base for direct fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers and nut 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including removal of existing insulators complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including removal of existing insulators complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of old aluminium conductor of any description /size from LT Poles including cross arms, bracing and other steel accessories complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of ACSR conductor, removed under Item No 35 on existing or new LT poles including binding with 02 mm dia aluminium binding wire & stretching of conductor upto proper sag limit complete all as specified & directed.

S&f ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing LT poles or new poles with 02 mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&f in repairs cross arms (any type) supports, brackets, stiffners etc made out of MS channel, angle iron , flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint as well as dismantling of existing complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, drawing and fixing in replacement of continuous GI earth wire/guard/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on HT/LT poles incl taking down old rusted GI wire complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making red & white strips with synthetic enameled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with black synthetic enameled paint after making circular base with yellow synthetic enameled paint and applying white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified.

Supply and erection (in truly vertical position) in replacement of LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

S&F stay assembly (in replacement) consisting of galvanised stay wire 7/10 SWG stay bow of 14 mm dia, stay rod 16 mm dia 180 cm long with loop insulators stay plate 230 x 230 mm x 6 mm with PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 complete with stay clamps, bolts and nuts all as specified and directed including the following :-. (a) Excavation and earth work for stay foundation in soft/loose soil,disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 metres & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point as directed. (b) PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in embedding blocks all as specified.

M&L for in replacement of bus bar chamber, fixed on wall, 4 ways, 200 Amps ,415 V powder coated, water & vermin proof , IP-66 protection duly provided with front openable door incl provision of TPN copper bus bar heat shrinkable colored PVC sleeve coated for phase and neutral complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out old earthing and providing eearthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to earthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified & directed.

S&f in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figuresand conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25X3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm complete all as specified & directed.
