od1982/2020_2021 : Providing anti corrosive treatment to concrete surface by application of protective cum decorative watering using deck guard STD of approved colour as per the approval of engineer in charge after cleaning the surface thoroughly to get rid off fungus, dirt, oil etc and apply one coat of primer with penetrating silence/silexance board DECK GUARD primer in hose approximate consumption should be 8m2/litre/coat and over this 2 coats of aliphatic acrylate coating of choosen colour of deckguard STD with approximate coverage of 8m2/litre/coat including all cost of materials, labour, scaffolding charges etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge protective cum decorative coating on concrete surface of bridge. 14.21 : Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm.
