Copies of at least one globally accepted certification for information security like VeriSign etc

Copies of relevant Certificates of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) company.

Copies of relevant Certificates of EMV Compliance Company.

Copies of relevant Certificates of CERTIn empanelled VAPT.

Copies of relevant Certificates of ISO 27001 like certification for information security management.

Copies of relevant Certificate that the bidder will offer at least 128 bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for transaction security.

The Bidder must have annual Turnover of Rs:100.00 cr and above for any 3 years out of 5 years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025)

The Bidder must have positive net worth in each of the last three financial years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025) as on 31-03-2025.

The bidder should be a registered company under Companies Act, 1956 of India. Company should be in operation for minimum five years as on 31-3-2025

The bidder should be included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve bank of India Act, 1934 or a Banking Company as defined in Clause (c) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 may bid for this tender as sole bidder. Register entity under the ambit of RBI for providing PG services.

The Bidder should have registered number of a) Income Tax PAN, b) GST Registration certificate.

The Bidder office should have a register office in Bangalore or shall establish the same within 60 days from the date of award of contract.

Bidder should have not been blacklisted by any State / Central Government Office / PSU / Agencies or any Autonomous bodies.
