Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of slumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated siutable materials.All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary preparations against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (Where blasting is prohibited ).All earth work in cutting/ excavation ,including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes,width, camber, super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner treaming filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimention or as directed by the Engineer - Charge.If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the exacation due to spring see page rain and other causes ,it shall be remove by suitable divsrsion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry.Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dulycompendsated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and Laying mecanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (ten)nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement: three sand: six graded crushed stone aggregate ) 40 mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all hieghts/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidetials. The rate includes octroi,royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other tax as imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification P.C.C. Grade M-10( Nominal mix 1:3:6 1203 ( :One cement: three sand:x graded stone agg) clause 802,803,1202 and 1203. (20mm)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification P.C.C. Grade M-15( Nominal mix 1:2.5: 5 ( :One cement: two point five sand: five graded stone agg) clause 802,804,805 ,806,807,1202 and 1204. for height upto 5 m.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 PCC grade M-20( twenty ) nominal mix 1:2:4( one cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate) .including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls ,breast walls and the like with 100 mm (One hundred millimetre) diametre PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(one)(V) (Vertically):20 (Twenty)(H)(Horizentally) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of materials by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of filter media with granular materials /stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.3.8. of MORD specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm. (six hundred millimetres)with smaller size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and retun wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as pr drawing and technical specifications including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (Four millimetres) diametre G.I.(galvanized iron) wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetres into one hundred millimetres)mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (Ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty five killogramme) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 as per design in single row,culverts on first class bedding of granular material in signle row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:3 but excluding excavation protection works back filling concrete andasonry works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 RCC pipe NP2 900mm dia as per design.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC (Optimum moisture contents) in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 (Eighty to one hundred) kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 by mechanical means including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm ( Zero point seven to one point zero kilogramme)per square metres using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 low porosity)including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per sqm (square metre) on the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per technical specifications clause 503 including carriage of material by all modes of tranportation within all leads, lifts asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bitumenious concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hours using VG-10 bitumen and crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitumenous binder@ 5.40 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to nwork site, laying with a hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH spefication clause No. 509 complete in all respects Nothing extra shall be paid for the highes content of bitumen required as per Job mix formula including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lits and leads, trasnporting to site, spreading grading to required slipe and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m asper Technical specification clause 303.10

Providing and applying 2.5 mm( two decimal five millimetres) thick road marking strip ( rectroelective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thormolastic material by fully sami autometic paint aplicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank hitter and profile shoe

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilo metre stone/local stone of standard designas per IRC-8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 1703 including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (i) oridinary kilometre stone

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25X5mm size on edges, the lower plate will be welded with MSangle iron frame of the lower most plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75X75mm of12 SRG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450X450X600mm below ground level.The top most diamond plate will be welded to middleplate by 47X47mm of 12SWG steel plate tube.All MS will be stove enameled on bothsides.Lettering and printing arrows border etc.wkill be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxty paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 17001.including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing retro reflectioned cautionary mandatory and information sign board as perclause 1701-02,3 as per specification clause 801.including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

(i) Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3,fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx 75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the gound by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 50X650X600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701.including carriage of materials within the leads, lifts and other incidental complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Routine maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 7 © iv of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Minisry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 ( Two thousand four) for rural roads including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various lacations through all maodes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire staisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charges.Maintenance cost for the 1st year
