Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5( seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level in all shapes and size in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) curing complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular sections made of TATA(round, square or rectangular hollow pipes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete upto all floor level in all heightscomplete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt. .

Providing and fixing prepainted sandwich made of tata dura shine puffed roofing with top skin of 0.60 (Zero point six zero) millimetres thick sheet over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil with epoxy coating of 25(twenty five) micron having a puff depth of 50 mm (fifty millimetre) and weight of puff 35-37 (thirty five to thirty seven) steel frames are to be painted of approved shade i/c fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre)overall with 0.60mm(zero point six zero) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20(twenty) microns over 5 (five)microns primer coating + bck coat of polyster of 5 (five)microns over 5(five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I limpet and bitmen washers complete with all accessories as including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.
