CULVERT :- Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distanceexceed 50m but not exceeding 100 M as directed.

M&L for 200 mm consolidated thick granular sub base grade V (of table 400 of MORTH Specification) using kankar or laterite, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber duly watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface with using 12 tonne power roller
M&L for 150mm thick WMM in two layers (75mm thick in each layer), spread, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface using power roller
M&L for 150mm ( consolidated thickness) thick dry lean concrete as per IRC SP 49 of strength not less than 10 mpa at seven days with minimum cement content 180 Kg/ cum using 20 mm graded aggregate with paver incl spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber
Supply and laying 400 micron thick polythene film white/transperent in pavements
Supply and mix non circular synthetic fibre in PQC as per design mix
M & L for river sand/manufactured sand/crushed sand filling in foundations and pavements including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.
M & L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard standing (PQC) of flexural strength 40 Kg per Sq cm in field using not less than 400 Kg of cement per cum, with thickness of concrete 25 cm or less. Note:- Cement concrete shall be as per design mix.

M&L for forming 20 mm wide expansion joint to the full depth of PQC or Concrete slab ( 200mm average thickness ) using diamond cutter and filled with HD 100 high compressive board applying bond braker tape on top of filler board of complete width of joint , provision of closed cell , medium density , cross linked polyethylene back up rod of 20 mm dia over filler board priming top n15 mm with approved primer and sealed with polyurethane based sealant ( complying with latest IRC -57-2006) and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant all as per the direction pf manufacturer complete all as specified .
M&L for forming contraction /dummy joints 120 mm deep and 8 mm wide using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3 mm blade after concrete sets ,widening the first saw cut to 8 mm wide and 22 mm deep from top , filled with expanded polythene foam ( armour board , applying bond braker bond on top of armour board for complete width of joint ) priming top 8 mm with approved primer , applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and seal with polythene bond sealant 13 mm deep above the back up rod ( Complying with IRC-56-2006) to closed cell ,medium density cross linked polythene back up rod of 10 mm dia for complete width of joint and removing the mask tape after filling sealant all as per the direction pf manufacturer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new surfaces (rigid pavement) over 10cm width of girth and painting lines dashes arrows, letters on roads, pavement and the like etc exceeding 10cm wide with road marking paint any tint.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:- M&L for High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of 50mm dia pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm2.
Core cutting in taxi way making a suitable hole for taxiway inset light fitting as per site requirement by using modern cutting machine and T&P carefully without damaging to existing surface and making good with same material after fixing inset lights complete all as specified. Note:- After removing the core the holes to be filled with PCC 1:4:8.
Supply and lay GI Pipe heavy grade including all fittings and fixtures complete of size 50mm dia bore all as specifie and as directed.
