Cleaning and de-sluding of existing septic tank completely for solid/liquid sludge of any depth by pumping from inside the septic tank and removal of sludge to a distance exc. 1.0 KM outside defence land by mechnically (trolly mounted) and depositing / buried in and including excavated pits (required size and depth) of any type of soil. Top layer of excavated pit covered by a layer of 150mm depth earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per sqm for disinfection purpose including taking down cover slab and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The mode of measurment shall be as inner volume of tank etc which has been cleaned. (ii) Rate demed to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits and bleaching powder if required for disposal of sludge.

Systamatically cleaning and de-silting-sludge of blocked sewage pipe line 100 mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from sewage line by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still clear flow of sewage line is observed passing knots kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste / sewage plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt / sludge in deposits out side defence land as directed including taking precautionally measures such as safety belts dry cell for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc. sprinking bleaching powder on the silt/sludge to removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of sludge, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate deemed to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits and bleaching powder if required for disposal of sludge)

Cleaning of blockage of WCs including P & S traps, floor/gully traps of any size and depth up to and including 1st manhole with necessary T&P as per the site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of cleaning of 1st manhole shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate of this item quoted by the tenderer)

Cleaning of blocked manhole upto 1.50 m deep by mechanically means by using pumping and trolly mounted and taking out sludge soil sludge water etc. By mechanically and removing the same to a distance exc. 1.00 km out side Military / Defence land deposited / burried in excavated pits (required size and depth) all as directed including excavated pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spreading of bleaching powder @ 200 gm per sqm for disnifection purpose including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl Item No.- 34 to 37:- 1 The contractor shall deploy minimum 02 (Two) labour in proper uniform daily excluding sundays and gazzetted holiday from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours to attand daily complaints of cleaning as mentioned above. Non wearing of uniform shall be subjected to a recovery of Rs 250.00 per person per day . Nothing shall be paid on this account. 2. Spreading of unslacked lime powder around manholes etc and antibotic materials to kill smell etc and to make hygienically. 3. The labour to be engaged shall have properly insurance cover at contractors's cost. Contractor shall produce a certified copy of insurance documents. 4. The work taken in hand once shall be completed on same day and in no case carried over to next days. Failling which a penality of Rs 1000/day/location shall be imposed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick (available excavated soil). complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting pointing, complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes 110 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping or roof kerbs at junction etc completle all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China ,Squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern in repairs,size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including all joints and making good to the floor etc, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan padestal pattern white ,excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern but including flush pipe,seat and cover complete, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing man holes for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel and making good branches, connecting new drain pipes of dia 150 mm (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing existing Soakage well and Construction of Soakage well 1800 mm internal dia x 4500 mm deep all as per DRG NO CEPZ/C-TD/13/13 Sheet 1/5 to 5/5 and as specified below :- Earth work in any type of soil, Hard core of stone, Brick work in CM (1:4), PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 in base, RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 Nominal mix in RCC Members, Brick aggregate 80mm to 20 mm gradded, Inlet pipe etc shall be of 150 mm dia SGSW pipe Grade 'A', 15 mm plaster in CM (1:6) finished even & fair internally, removing surplus materials to a distence exc. 25.0 m but n.exc. 500 m, rest all as per Drg. (No other items of BOQ is applicable in this item)

PVC valveless,syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level,white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, PVC 32 mm 'L' bend of capacity 10.0 litres and making good to dismantled/damaged floor/surfaces, fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Cera, Cat No- B1010109 ( CONGO) or equivalent model in Jaquar/ Hindware.

Non-skid Coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including a layer of mortor 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 including dismantling old tiles with cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) joint free in vertical surfaces of wall of size 450x250x7mm/ 350x250x7 mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick /concrete surfaces including dismantling old tiles with cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
