S & F of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s LT panel of any size/ make/ including all unserviceable parts removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install, Design testing and commissioning of CPRI approved factory made and tested outdoor type floor mounted LT panel board, cubical type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved Copper bus bar of rating 1000 Amps for phases and neutral installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with projected globe roof for rain water protection Dust & Vermin proof, including Neoprene rubber gasket, Bottom detachable Gland Plate comp-lete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and 50 X 50 X 6 mm thick MS angle iron frame 60 cm above and 60 cm below normal ground level work front & back opening double door type of adequate size for housing LT switchgear and measuring instruments duly powder coated after seven tank process on both sides including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size but not less than 4.0 sq mm, cable lugs,MCCB Spreaders links, cable glands and PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate, testing after installation including complete all as specified & directed and comprising of followings:-

Supply, lay and testing of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, lay and testing of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 75 mm outer dia and 63 mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, lay and testing of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 90 mm outer dia and 75 mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable fixed in repair / replacement complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & joint cable jointing kit heat shrinkable 1.1KV XPLE straight through joint of size 10 sqmm 4core to 16 sqmm 4 core cable size complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & joint cable jointing kitheat shrinkable 1.1KV XPLE straight through joint of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core to 50 sqmm 3.5 core cable size complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & installation of Jef Ecosafe Maintenance free and Environment Friendly Earth Electrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia 3 mtrs long rod of Low carbon steel, molecular Copper Bonded for a thickness of 250 microns, highly conductive ANSI NSF STD 60 Certified, with 1Bags(50P) of environment friendly carbon based backfill compound, according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 and with suitable Clamp in 100mm dia bore hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of Old Copper Earthing continuity Copper strip 20 x 3 mm carefully for refixing complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Refixing of Earthing continuity Copper strip 20 x 3 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or roof conductor of any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
