Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and leveling the bed and disposal of the excavated materials within initial leads and lifts as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying & filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, cost of all labour, carriage, royalty, taxes, T&P etc complete.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm and down grade C.B. chips approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

Brick work with FA bricks (23cmx12cmx08cm) size having crossing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm. With dimensional tolorance +-8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plint.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20 mm and 10 mm black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting and laying etc

20 mm thick grading plaster in CM (1:4) over roof slab including water proofing agent

Supplying, cutting, bending, binding and tieing the grills and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete.

F.A. Brick work in cement mortar in cm(1:6) and all complete in super strecture

6mm thick plaster over RCC work to give smooth surface with cm (1:4) and all complete

Fixing glazzed tiles (30cmx30cmm / 40cmx40cm special plain/printed series ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 7mm to 8mm confirming to IS 13755) in floor treads or steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost of the tiles.

Fixing glazzed tiles (20cmx30cmm / 20cmx20cm special plain/printed series ceramic wall tiles of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13755) in dodas skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost of the tiles.

12mm thick Cement plaster over stone and brick masonary with cm (1:6) and all complete

16mm thick Cement plaster over stone and brick masonary with cm (1:6) and all complete

Priming one coat with any approved wall primer (Water bound)

Distempering two coat with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shede

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of doors, windows, grills and ventilator

Cost of iron Doors, windows,Ventilators

Painting two coats with approved synthetik enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality over new wood/ iron work

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for RCC work including false works and dismanteling them after casting including cost of material etc all com.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of PPGL sheet (Pre-painted Galvanized sheet) of 0.50 mm thick in roof with fitting & fixing of wind ties including cost, carriage & taxes of all materials cost of all labour for fixing and cost of fitting materials & drilling holes in wind ties etc. complete.

Finishing to the exposed surfaces of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of weather coat all cost of all labours and T&P etc. complete .

Priming 1 coat with primer red oxcide primer including all labour, materials, T&P etc. complete.

Painting 2 coats with any approved paint in iron works including sand papering, polishing surfaces, cost of paints, cost of all labour, T&P, etc complete in all floors as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to "WET MIX MACADAM" specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision).

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M 40 grade of approved make, design , colour and size made by block maing machine with proper compaction laid in required patern etc. omplete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63-2018
