Material and labour for cutting of DI/MS/CI/GI pipes of size 250/200/150/100/80 mm bore for intersection of butterfly valves/insertion of specials for arresting leakages/taking connection complete at any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured under relevant item

Material and labour for insertion of specials in DI/MS/CI/GI pipes of 250/200/150/100/80 bore at any location and repairing and arresting leakage by providing Jointing Material, welding works ,Flanged Clamps, Nuts, Washers & Bolts or concrete thrust blocks suitable for above mentioned pipes. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) A sufficient time for curing of concrete thrust blocks must be allowed before the test is made. (ii) All backfilling and compaction over and around the pipes and thrust blocks must be completed except for the pipe joints to be left open for observation of any leaks, before the test is made . (iii) Run lead joints required at site shall be deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate. (iv) Fittings/specials required at site shall be measured under relevant item (v) Welding work for joining the fittings/specials if required at site shall be inclusive in quoted rate (vi) Necessary earth work required for insertion of fittings/specials shall be inclusive in the quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI specials IS:8359 pipes suitable for spigot socket ends pipes i.e. bends increasing,decreasing,tee pieces ,collars, caps and plugs of size up to 250mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Sluice valve flanged of class 1.6 PN of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
