a) Overhauling, R and M from cane unloader to RBC and Centrifugal House during off-season 2022-23 (b) Operation, R and M of plant from cane unloader to RBC and operation of Dorr, Furnace and Lime, FFE station during the crushing season 2022-23.

a) Overhauling, repairing and maintenance from cane unloader to RBC during off-season 2022-23 (excluding electrical and instrumentation, major work of boiler and mill turbines.All fabrication work will be in the scope of party if any. Workshop work will be in mill scope. b) Operation, R & M of plant from cane unloader to RBC and operation of Dorr, Vacuum Filter, Sulphur Furnace & Lime, Juice Sulphiter and Syrup Sulphiter, Pan station, Evaporator, Juice Heater, FFE station during the crushing season 2022-23 (Excluding electrical and instrumentation work all job of workshop work will be in mill scopes and fabrication work.:

(Complete overhauling, repairing and maintenance off-season 2022-23) (i) Overhauling, repairing and maintenance from cane unloader to RBC and centrifugal station of A,B,C, messecuite stations, Drier House along with all driving units complete within all respect etc. during off-season 2022-23 (excluding electrical and instrumentation, major work of boiler and mill turbines. If any:- all fabrication work will be in the scope of party if any. Workshop work will be in mill scope. (ii) To do the highly skilled work of overhauling, repair and maintenance of complete boiler station including un-skilled work excluding all major jobs like fabrication re-tubing, new modification etc.

(a) (During complete crushing season 2022-23) (i) Operation, Repair and maintenance for smooth functioning of mill house from Cane carrier to RBC along with all type fabrication and erection jobs etc. complete within all respect i.e. Both cane unloaders, cane carrier 1 & 2, cane leveler, both cane cutters, Fibrizer, rack carrier, inter rack carrier 1,2 & 3 with donally chutes, belt conveyor, bagasse elevator chain, main bagasse carrier, all return bagasse belt conveyors, Mill house along with alignment of all rollers, transmission pinion gears, crown pinion, tail bar, C.S coupling etc., both mill turbines, all mill house pumps, hydraulic systems, lubricators, Rotory screen, all valves, all pipelines, all reduction gear boxes and driving arrangements etc. (ii) Operation, Repair and maintenance work of both boilers with its all accessories i.e. I.D Fans, F.D. Fans, ducting’s, S.A. Fans, P.A. Fan, Bagasse feeders, Reduction Gear Boxes, R.O plant, All feed pumps, All High Pressure Valves, Economizer, Air Heater, Super Heater, wet scrubber plant system complete with pumps, chimney and cleaning work etc. Air Pollution control system is the sole responsibility of the party. Centrifugal station of A,B,C, masscuite stations, Drier House along with all driving units complete within all respect etc. (Excluding:- electrical and instrumentation work) all job of workshop work will be in mill scopes and fabrication work will be in party scope. (iii) To do the un-skilled cleaning work of cane carrier and Mill House starting from cane carrier to MBC, Juice tray cleaning, rotory screen, bagasse handling, furnace cleaning, ash handling etc. then shifting of malba outside factory by tractor trolley.

(b) (During complete crushing season 2021-22) Complete operation of FFE’s, evaporators, juice heaters and pan station, operation of Dorr, Vacuum Filter, Sulphur Furnace & Lime, Juice Sulphiter and Syrup Sulphiter during the crushing season 2022-23
