Preventive Maintenance of monthly servicing and check up of Bitzer make, Blast cold storage 25.2 HP of 1 units including 1 ODU+ 1 IDU (-) 30 °C operation with R- 404A Refrigerant gas two stage, semi hermetically sealed compressor controlled with electronically operated solenoid valve for liquid system, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 01, But Meat room of cold storage (-) 18 °C with capacity 6 HP having 01 units including 1 ODU +1 IDU complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 01, But Fish room of cold storage (-) 18 °C with capacity 4 HP having 01 units including 1 ODU +1 IDU complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 01, But Vegetable room of cold storage (+) 4 °C capacity 6 HP having 01 units including 1 ODU +1 IDU complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Servicing/replacement of defective spares in existing electrical control panels to operation for compressor, evaporator, man trap alarm repairing, defrosting, tray heaters, drain heaters, temperature sensors etc in cold storages, including decarbonizing, tightening of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination, replacement of defective contactors (suitable fitting in existing panel),push switches, MCBs, or any other defective spares crimping by Attending with skilled Electricians, with necessary Tools & Plant for checking and make functional in all the respect the Cold storage complete all as specified and directed. Note: The job above quoted shall be included for all labour cost, minor spares up to Rs.250/-and the electrical spares more than Rs 250 are measured separately. Material & Labour for Repair and servicing of 40mm thick sectional over head door, working with rails and brackets for free longitudinal movement, including necessary replacement of suitable gauge SWR, control cables, any other defective accessories, including greetings for the door movement with motorised with push button and functional in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Note: - The servicing should be carried out by OEM/authorised agency.

Supply and fix in replacement of digital micro possessor based control display unit for working range -18 °C to -30 °C cold storages with software programmed by OEM to functioning of all controls and suitable for fixing inside the existing panels including necessary control wires, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: As recommended by OEM(Bitzer).

Ditto all as per Serial Item No 41, But working Range +4°C cold rooms.

Supply and fixing in replacement of weather proof LED tube lights, 230 Volt,along with copper cable as required for connecting existing points at inside cold rooms complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Leak testing of Blast & Meat cold storage units of working range -18 °C to -30 °C including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing required as per OEM specification for minimum 8 hours time frame, finding leaks, vacuumising the system, necessary brazing work, charging with refrigerant gas (R404A ) of required quantity, testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: - Nitrogen and refrigerant gas shall be measured separately.

Material & Labour for Leak testing of cold storage units of +4°C including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing required as per OEM specification for minimum 8 hours time frame, finding leaks, vacuumising the system, necessary brazing work, charging with refrigerant gas (R134 ) of required quantity, testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: - Nitrogen and refrigerant gas shall be measured separately.

Removing old perished insulations and Supply & Fix 'O' nitrile rubber insulation for copper pipe suitable for +4°C, -18°C to -30°C of liquid and gaseous lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Make:LG Notes For Item No 53 & 54:- Each Unit shall be measured as one Each Job.

Preventive maintenance and routine checkup of the indoor VRF cassette unit of capacity 4TR Ceiling Suspended units, at Dhruv block, clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place, check the drainage water tank and cleaned, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective including all kind of replacement of spare parts. Make: LG/Voltas Note: Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occurred while servicing of Ceiling suspended units.

Supply and fixing of Thermal insulation class "O" Nitrile rubber insulation density 45-55 kg/m3,for suction/discharge piping of VRF pipe lines suitable size of dia as per site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of suitable inverter type fan motor of 16/14/10 HP outdoor unit. Make: Recommended by OEM LG.

Supply and fix in replacement of indoor inverter fan motor for cassette type indoor unit. Make: Recommended by OEM LG.

Supply and fix indoor PCB for cassette type Unit of 4TR capacity. Make: Recommended by OEM LG model No. JRUN160LLS4

Supply and fixing inverter PCB for VRF outdoor capacity of 10 to 18 HP suitable for existing LG Model No. JRNU48GTMA2 make out door units complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for leak testing of Condenser coil, for Outdoor units of VRF Unit up to capacity 18 HP including pressure test by using nitrogen, brazing/ arresting the leaks all as per OEM recommendation and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of remote Control for Cassette type Indoor unit at VRF system. Make: Recommended by OEM LG/Voltas.

Supply and Fill R-32 gas complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Drain Pump for four way cassette/CSU units indoor units of VRF Unit up to 16 HP including testing complete all as directed

Material & Labour for General servicing of 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity outdoor unit of inverter type split AC after taking down from the existing position, clean internal parts, clean external cover with suitable liquid/ solvent, clean filter/ washing with water with proper safety covers at same location, replace the unserviceable parts if any including re-fixing the AC in same/ other location and connecting, commissioning complete all as directed.

All as per item No here in above, but indoor unit of Inverter type Split Air Conditioner 1.5/2.0 Ton. Notes for Item 64 & 65:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include the cost of spare parts costing up to Rs 250/- .Each Unit shall be measured as one Each Job.
