RTPS - Supply & Erection of Metallic Expansion Joints around Primary/Secondary Air/Flue Gas Ducts of Units 1 to 4 Boilers (in a phased manner).

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Intending Bidder should be an individual entity or a joint Venture (JV) partner or an Associate company or a Consortium company and Bidder should be a regular manufacturer or supplier of Metallic Expansion Joints of Boiler Air/Flue Gas Ducts or Similar Boiler Equipment Spares. As a proof of this, bidder shall upload the relevant Valid Certificate OR The bidder should have experience in Erection or Maintenance or Overhauling works of Expansion Joints or similar equipment of 210 MW or above capacity Thermal Power Plants. As a proof of this, bidder shall upload the relevant Valid Certificate.

Experience: The intending bidder should have carried out the work of Supply or Erection of Metallic Expansion Joints around Primary/Secondary Air/Flue Gas Ducts of Thermal Power Plant Boilers /Similar Boiler Equipment spares of value not less than Rs. 133 Lakhs for 210 MW or above capacity Thermal Power Plants in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload single / multiple Purchase Orders (Limited to maximum 3 purchase orders for an amount not less than Rs. 133 Lakhs) and relevant Invoice / delivery challan for having supplied the PO materials. OR The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Erection or Maintenance or Overhauling works of Expansion Joints or similar equipment of 210 MW of value not less than Rs. 133 Lakhs in any Thermal Power Stations of 210 MW or above capacity Units in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload single / multiple Work Done Certificates (Limited to maximum 3 contracts for an amount not less than Rs.133 Lakhs) issued by competent authority not less than the rank of Chief engineer or equivalent. (Purchase Order / Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26 as detailed below.) OR The intending bidder, in case of a joint Venture (JV) partner or an Associate company or a Consortium company, collectively or individually, should have, supplied and installed the Metallic Expansion Joints of Air/Flue Gas Ducts of the Boilers OR Similar Boiler Equipment spares in Thermal Power Plants and should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as Erection or Maintenance or Overhauling works of Expansion Joints or similar equipment of 210 MW. As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload single/multiple Purchase/Job Orders (Limited to maximum 3 purchase/Job orders for an amount not less than Rs. 133 Lakhs) of cumulative value not less than Rs. 133 Lakhs for 210 MW or above capacity Thermal Power Plants in the last five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) and relevant Invoice / delivery challan for having supplied the PO materials and Work Done Certificates for the corresponding works.

The intending bidder (an individual entity or a joint Venture (JV) partner or an Associate company or a Consortium company), collectively or individually, should have achieved minimum financial turnover of Rs. 5.3 Crores in at least two financial years during the last five years. (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of Profit & Loss Account or Turn over Certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant AND The Net Worth of the Bidder as on the last day of the preceding financial year (ending on 31-03-2025) should be positive. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2025-26)
