Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish out side complex complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg). Plinth protection laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system. Each bay shall not exceed 3m in length. 12mm wide & 75mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated badrapur sand (by volume) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub floor and levelling coarse etc complete all as specified and directed .

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radis built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegrate) as in shelves and manhole cover, set in cement mortar 1:6.including all neccesary formwork & finishing exposed concrete surface all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing 16-18 mm thick granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc complete.

Providing and fixing 16-18 mm thick granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab over 0.50 sqm gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 15 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete.
