Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work decomposed conglomerate saturated soil soft and hard rock upto all leads lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtr. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4app.sand:8app.graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth in all height and depth including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in M30 but not less than1:1.5:3 (1cement :1-5 sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in reinforcement for RCC work including all leads lifts complete and carriage of material etc. as per directions of Engineer in charge.

(a) Foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm so as to give rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, highs or propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- RCC work and PCC work including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge in : -

a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landings like up to 200 mm in thikness

b) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in M30 but not less than 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1-5 sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in reinforcement for RCC work including all leads lifts complete and carriage of material etc. as per directions of Engineer in charge.

(a) walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtrs) thikness attached pillaster,buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundation level up to floor level)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement :2app.sand: 4app. graded stone agg.20mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement in suspended floors, roofs, shelves & supports, balconies beams etc. upto floor in two level in all height and depth including all leads lifts & carriage of material at site and as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing Mild/Tor Steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding, and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing cast iron cover with frames for main holes of size 455mm internal dia meter C.I. Cover (Medium) duty the weight of cover to be not less than 23 kg including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Steel work single section in built up section trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint, in gtratings framed, guards,bars,ladders, railing, brackets and simillar works including all leads and lifts and carriage of material as per direction of Engineer in charge

Excavation in drains and Channels etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stackedsoil in 15cm layers when required ito plinths sides of foundationd etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then dispodsing of all surplus excavated eartg as directed within all lead and lifts in all kind of soil and as per the direction of the engineer in charge

Laying, jointing G.I. pipes of various dia in trenches (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately) for stand post including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as direction of the Engineer in Charge.
