Supply,installing,testing and commissioning factory assembled silent diesel engine driven engine generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 62.5 KVA/ 50KW continuous rating at a PF lagging, 415 Volts, AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz + 1% supply,1500 RPM directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with adequate capacity with fuel line accessories,vibration damper pads,microprocessor based generator and alternator monitoring and control system with RS485 interface, AMF control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the accessories/equipments as indicated in the specification complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Sl item No.1:- (i) Any fittings/fixtures which are necessary for proper functioning of the DG set shall also be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted and shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (ii) All testing equipments including arrangement of electrical load for testing and consumables like oil, diesel etc., are to be arranged by the contractor and testing shall be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, testing officer nominated by the Accepting officer. (iii) Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes first filling of lubricating oil, Coolant, Carrying out "B" check after first 50 Hrs of DG run or as per OEM recommendations during the maintenance period. (iv) Unit rate quoted by the contractor includes necessary termination of incoming and outgoing cables / dismantling and reconnecting the existing cables if any as required at site. The decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable from DG set to AMF, AMF panel to Main panel shall be measured under respective items of BOQ. (vi) Drawings/catalogue for DG Set, AMF panel are to be approved by the GE before ordering from the manufacturer. (vii) The tenderer shall provide the Operator Manual, spare parts, catalogue, AMF circuit diagram, etc on completion of work.Unit rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of the same and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. .

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation of DG Set, filling and mass concrete, PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells/Polycab/Gloster

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level, connected to 32x6 mm size Galvanised Iron as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanised Iron /steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provn of necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC pit, RCC cover and 20 mm bore medium grade watering pipe, water funnel with GI wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, common salt, charcoal dust, returning filling in of soil, removal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes/cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes/cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of pipes/cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cable route indicator for marking of UG cable of any size with cast iron round plate not less than 100 mm dia suitably fitted on iron and embeded with PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx45cm complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- 3M/Raychem/Denson

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation, beams,plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses ,rafters,purlins etc including special shaped washers, posts, purlins etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment (Fe-410W, Gde E-250A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erection and commissioning of outdoor type double door floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof feeder pillar box with IP -55 protection fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated in seven tank process for degreasing, de rusting and phosphated primer powder coated then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated including aluminium busbar with suitable capacity, panel shall be having front and rear opening for installation of seperate cable alleys with proper locking arrangement with busbar chamber and switch gear compartments, provision of cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables, clear space of 400 mm to be kept from floor level for switch gear comprtment, extended busbar links /terminals to be provided for heat dissipation. ( Note :- Feeder pillar box shall be procured from firms having CPRI approval certificate),the panel shall be duly supported on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick embedded in PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping of four legs by 1:2:4 ,the top of panel shall be canopy type and fitted with following accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
