REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, REPLACEMENT OF AC/CGI SHEET, REPAIR TO CHAJJA AND OTHER MISC WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STATION UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

M & L for two coats of rust removal compound over the exposed rusted reinforcement with Reebaklens RR of Fosroc/Rust remover of Choksey/ShaliRust of STP/ Rustoff 100 of Sika including necessary cleaning of existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush & making the surface free from loose material dirt etc including necesary scaffolding for work (G+1) and removing all debris from site complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the Tender for Item No 01 to 07 as these items are considered for rehabilitation of Staircases. (ii) Contrctor shall furnish five years guarantee for efficacy of work of Item No 01 to 07 and ref para 24 of PS page No. 104 for detail.

M & L for injecting epoxy grouts in old Beams and Columns through 8mm MS nozzles using low viscous injection grout with Conbextra EP 10 of Fosroc/Master Grout EP-150 of Choksey/ Shali Grout EI of STP/ Sikadur-42 HES of Sika, low viscosity injection liquid with a suitable grout pump (Grouting with epoxy till refusal from adjecent nozzle to be placed @ 0.75Mtr C/C) including necessary formwork, scaffoldonig, drilling holes 50 to 75mm deep in structural members injecting nozzles, seal the nozzle with epoxy putty after necessary repair complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Micro-concreting with Renderoc RG of Fosroc/ Master rock Basic of Choksey/Shali Fix MC of STP/ SikaRep Microcrete-4 of Sika , as in old damaged beams/columns of staircases and chajjas (upto G+1), with thickness of micro-concrete 50mm and above ready to use non-shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strenth 50Mpa over a coat of epoxy based bonding agent of Choksey/Fosroc/STP/Sika and equivalent incluidng necessary formwork and scaffolding for repair work complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L Rendering with structural grade repair mortar n. exc 10mm thick with Rendroc SP 40 Xtra of Fosroc/Master repair HB of Choksey/Shali Fix FRM of STP/Sika Top-122 HS of Sika, over a coat of epoxy based bonding agent of Fosroc/Choksey/ STP/Sika and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling, wall of stairhall and including necessary formwork and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for removal of all material form expansion joints, pointing edges and applying ABRO tape on either side of joints and applying Nitobond PC-40 of Fosroc/primer RDL 942 & Techseal RDL 940 of Choksey/ Shalibond TPE of STP/Sika Polysulphide of Sika adhesive for sealing the moving/non moving expansion joints between the structural members, as per manufacturers specifiaction, and laying Expoband One/Sikadur combiflex SG/Shali Tape Flex system Joint tape of 150mm width for sealing the sepration joint between the structural members, as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying Epoxy Putty @ 1Lit/Sqm after proper prepartion of new concrete surface and applying Nitowrap 410 saturant fosroc /Sikawrap of Sika with wet film thickness @ 250microns (0.27Lit/Sqm) over a coat of Saturant epoxy primer Nitowrap 30 of Fosroc/Sikadur-300 of Sika @ 0.11Lit/Sqm with brush followed by fixing carbon fibre composite system Nitowrap CWS of fosroc/sikawrap of sika by pressing on the Saturant and impregnate the same by applying a final coat of Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc/sikawrap of sika incuding necessary formwork and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement TMT Bars 5mm dia over upto and including 10mm dia in strips spacers and binders to be fixed with chemical rebar faseters wherever required with Lokfox E-75 of Fosroc/Master grout EP-150 HV of Choksey/Rokkon of SIka complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on Old brick walls/ concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, and Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from ceiling of staircase/waiste slab and chajja (G+1) etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and Rendering 5mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of White Washing including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.56mm thick plain Aluminium Sheeting as in Crumple joint covering fixed with screws and pvc fastners @ 200mmC/C on both side including taking down old AC sheet complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Mineral wool Borad 25mm thick to be fixed in crumple joint/sections including taking out old one, necessary cleaning/preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks localy available built in cement mortar 1:4 as in tank staging on roof slab including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including ,tarfelt from old concrete roof/chajja and cleaning by picking ,sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust etc Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per Sqm and M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on roof slab/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as as specified and directed . Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M& L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (minimum weight 4.00 Kg per sqm) reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be applied over and including one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on newly plastered surface @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm duly thermo fused by flame torch all as per manufacturer's manual, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliton of PCC/Tiles of any descripton and in any position like roof slab/chajja, cleaning by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per Sqm and Provision of 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terrace cleaning out, wetting, and grouting with Dr-fixit carck sealent all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate ) in roof curb, mud stop or roof kerbs ,round or chamfered on edges including demolition of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repair,cleaning ,etc and hosting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning, removing all scale dirt etc form tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe, repalcement of old tank nipple, unions, stop cock, tank cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 25mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC Float valve 20mm bore, Tank cover, wash out 15cm long and overflow pipe upto nearest roof projection (20cm beyond roof) necessary tank nipples, after disconnecting existing tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC float valve 20mm bore, tank cover, wash out 15cm long and overflow pipe upto nearest roof projection (20cm beyond roof), tank nipple,after disconnecting existing tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ridge covering sheet or cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old sheet of any type complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Second class hard wood timber scantlings clean sawn 40Sqcm and over as in purlin, rafter and framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Welded Steel wire fabric n exc 4Kg/Sqm fixed with wooden/ steel framework complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Mild steel plain black sheet 1.25mm thick as in gates, valley gutters,cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framework with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in various locations butyl & bitumen based flashing tapes/ strips 100 mm wide and 1.5mm thick, are cold applied self - adhesive tapes with one side bitumen adhesive protected by release film and other side is re-enforced aluminum foil to prevent leakages, fill cracks & joints for metal, cement asbestos, fiber, plastic, vinyl etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
