Trench wear:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of RCC trench weir in M 30 grade cement concrete as per site condition of appropriate length and height including depth above and below the natural bed level of Khad. To obtain 2.47 LPS water requirement as per proper design requirement including the cost of site development,excvation, cutting and dewatering etc. in all kinds of soil. The structural design of trench weir shall strictly confirm to relevent of BIS code and specification complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. ( Data Sheet No.1)
Designing and Construction ,testing and commissioning of water Treatment plant 2.47 MLD for 24 hour run :-Design, Construction, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 2.47 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipment/ acessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby Nallah/Khad/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/o inlet chambers, Cascade Aerator, Primary settling units with tube seteller, flash mixer, Clarifloculator, Rapid Sand Filter, electrical channel flow meter Gaseous Chlorination, back wash tank, Alum & Lime solution, tanks and complete mixing arrangement and boundary wall with fencing panels. Gaseous chlorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel interconnecting path ( Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units ( Separate room) , back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangement for disposal for waste of water treatment plant process,
Plant building comprising with office,/automation room, room for housing the laboratory. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements ( LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, propoer walk way for inspection/operation of various units or any other unit or structure required to make plant fully functional. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development ( GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic structures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No. 1 & technical specification No. 1. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises.( Data Sheet No.2 )
Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) Construction of RCC framed pump house and chowkidar room 5 mtrs height , including Gantry system of Pump Houses at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F3/5 Tonne chain pulley / Gantry alongwith MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Ref data sheet No. 2 & 3 for further details.). The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department. ( Data Sheet No.3 ) all the ancillary works and accessories required to make system fully functional shall be included in the cost of works ( Nothing shall be paid extra on this account)

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as SS ladders inside and MS Ladder outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Supply of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water with turbidity 200 ppm having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative.Since the re-survey and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings,any variation in HP and other accessories etc.The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. (Ist stage) For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in Below. ( Data Sheet No. 5)

PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/double/multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS:410/AIS 1431 Chrom in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a Common MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/TEFC/CACA of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/Siemens/ Jyoti/Area Brown Boven/ABB/CGL and suitable for operation on 11 KV HT, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current.
It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement (as per data sheet No. 13) including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. Rising Mains (Data Sheet No. 6 ) Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts Excluding restoration metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing , laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended MSERW pipe with circumfrential butt welded joints ( 94%) wherever required by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS 3183-200 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints (6%) of duly welded pipe in three layers (one inner two outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . .The fabricated bends should have three or four cuts having of redius not less then 5 times of dia metrs of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani, Oerlikon/L&T of ISI make. The damaged portion of pipe if damaged during laying/jointing,operation of pipe all other special made for the parent tube shall be provided with anticrossibe treatnent or applying the coat of anticrossibe bitumen paint over coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rate also include entire carriage of material, flushing cleaning & testing pipe D.P.Test of but welded joint complete in all respect & best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge.Grade L-290 x 42

The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

P roviding ,Laying,jointing & testing of bevelled ended GMS Tube with circumfrential butt welded joints wherever required by electrical acr welding( Welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GI pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS 1239-2004 ( Part-I) having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding re4quired test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints of every xviith pipe duly welded , loweing and layng in excavated trenches to en sure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut and bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately.) The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shal be as per IS: 814 of Advani Oerlinkon/L&T of ISI marked operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tubes shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anicorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The reates also includes entire carriage of material flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipes. DP test of butt welded joints complet ein all respect and to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
