Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections and joints including Pipes, Bricks, etc of any description laying in trenches or fixing with Walls/Poles, segregating serviceable Cables etc, and keep in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm, thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below the Ground Level ) with Top Edge of Earth Plate not less than 1.50 Metre deep below normal ground level , connected to Galvanised steel iron strip earth lead 32x6 mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers made of Galvanised Iron 20 mm dia GI Pipe (Med grade) for watering, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection of earth strip,including necessary earth work in any type of soil , PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 Concrrete pit RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 Precast cover (54x54x5Cm) duly reinforced with including 8mm Dia TMT Bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways lifting handle made of 8mm dia TMT Bar embeded in precast cover slab complete as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper plated earth electrode-ASEL 393 or equivalent, CP-Outer pipe Dia : 80/76mm and wall thickness : 2mm ; Inner pipe dia 38mm and wall thickness 2.6mm, length : 3000 mm, copper plating thickness : 100 microns confirming to IS-3043 : 1987 with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm all as directed & specified including HDP lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber & earth lead of 32 x 6 mm thick copper strip in a metallic / PVC protective covering and all other required accessories including design, modifications etc. to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value as per OEM/Indian Standard recommendations not more than 1.0 ohm. Supply & laying incl replacement of LT UG XLPE sheathed PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip of Wire armoured Electric Power Cable heavy duty with stranded Aluminium Conductor 1100 Volt grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 2 Core, laid in trenches/surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connec-tion to OH Lines including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.Make Havells , Polycab and KEI NOTE : Earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F Lightning Arrester Expulsion type complete with all Fittings Transmission Class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable,for working pressure 11000 Volts including dismantling of old unserviceable and connection to earth Strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying /taking out of LT UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt Bricks , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , spread and filling approved sand in cable trenches for cushioning of LT UG cable all as specified. NOTE :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply & lay GI tubing light grade in protection of cable /Al strip at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc of size 50 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix outdoor type,double door, free standing, dust and vermin proof, 3 ph, 4 Pole copper bus bar panel,of capacity 250 A, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC Supply, fabrication from 3.15 mm CRCA sheet finished with powder coating of min size 450 mm x 450 mm x600mm mounted on a PCC platform , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix outdoor type,double door, free standing, dust and vermin proof, 3 ph, 4 Pole copper bus bar panel,of capacity 400 A, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC Supply, fabrication from 3.15 mm CRCA sheet finished with powder coating of min size 450 mm x 450 mm x600mm mounted on a PCC platform , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electrical insulating mat rubber mat 11 KV of size (1mtrx2mtr) of 2.5 mm thick including fixing after dully cleaning of surfacec by using of chemical , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting of RCC slab cover of size (1800mmx600mmx75mm) with PCC of Type- B1 1:2:4 set to cement mortar 1:4 using of 8 mm TMT bar having centre to centre distance not more than 150 mm also comprising of medium grade angle steel of size (75x75x5mm) around the periphery of slab cover applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply of barrel fuse 33 KV of capacity (pack of 10 Nos) 100 amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of barrel fuse 11 KV of capacity (pack of 10 Nos) 100 amp , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of barrel fuse 11KV of capacity (pack of 10 Nos) 60 amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of barrel fuse 11 KV of capacity (pack of 10 Nos) 40 amp, complete all as specified and as directed.
