Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking up/down CI pipes with connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories of 350mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick masonry valve pit of internal size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm with one brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20cm thick PCC plate form with 15cm off sets on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50mm thick RCC cover in two equal parts 1:2:4 type B-1 with 10mm dia deformed bars at 10cm center to center on both side including necessary form work with 150mm dia hole in the center complete including demollition and removing of old material from the site for credit or disposal all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of chloronomes plant /Header/LT Panels etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking up/down steel tubing GI pipelines/connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of 80mm bore complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel, plain, black sheet of thickness 3mm in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints whith rivetted or welded seams, incl bending or turning up, mitred angles etc and one coat of primer and one coat of paint after fixing as required all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling of size 80 to 300mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing including replacing spindle and check nut and make serviceable of size 80 to 300mm bore size all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and S&F Butter Fly Valve lever operated conforming to IS 13095 of size upto 150 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with GI Pipe medium grade, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete with flanges nut - bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of damaged road/path/surfaces by proper ramming of soil and filled with readymix road repair material and spreading the same material on road/path and then proper rolling of the road/path with roller complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, any colored interlocking designer paver blocks in Milano shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25mm compacted sand cushioning ,including 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50mtr but n. exc 250mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to existing CI/DI/GI pipe line, leakage by caulking of lead joint or any other means like fixing a clamp with rubber sheet at the place of leaking joints in running water pipe line including necessary material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge for 700mm to 250mm bore CI/DI pipe and fitting.

M & L for making Header of pipe of 350 mm/300mm dia and thickness min 6 to 8 mm of appropiate length min 6metres for two raising main from existing pipe line and one direct water supply pipeline connected to header with two no of outlets of 150mm dia each provided with sluice valves each of size 150mm at inlet at as well as oulet pipelines ,raising main from existing pipeline with all complete asessories including welding/cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fittings such as tee , sluice valves ,bends etc required for making the header and will be paid seperately.

Taking down the unserviceable water level indicator with complete accessories like wire rope etc from the over head reservoir complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fabrication of the water level indicator frame made out of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 1'x12' and hollow ms bar/angle iron 50x50x6 mm including all fixing arrangement incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl level marking and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel wire rope of size 6 mm dia of best quality(20 mtr length) for fixing of water level indicator, pulley and complete fixing arrangement and 350 mm steel float valve incl testing of valve complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All tools and plant, scaffoldingshall be made available by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid. (ii) The contractor shall submit the certificate of insurance of staff working on OHT before starting the work. The department will not be liable for any mis happening or accident occurs during the course of work.

Cutting/removing of bushes/small trees/vegetation growth upto a distance of appx 50 mtr around the UG sump,OHT,Pump house not exc 30cms deep incl drains all around the plant incl rough surface leveling/cutting,filling upto 12" height/ depth all around the plant and burning at a distance of 50mtr (minimum) in the presence of Engr-in-charge including sprinkling the round up chemicals for drying/killing the bushes,shrubs etc.

Demolition of brick work built in CM or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar,drain etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser Item No 66 here in before but except brick. (Old bricks obtained from Ser Item No 65 shall be reused after cleaning and washing)

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 389435.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
