Only OEM i.e. M/s Medha Servo Drives Pvt. Ltd-Hyderabad is eligible to participate in this tender. As per RB letter no: 2011/M(M&P/7/2/Guidelines dtd, 23.08.2012, the technical eligibility criteria & financial eligibility criteria may be dispensed with in case of bidders who are either OEM's or sources approved by RDSO for related contracts. The HQ/ECR letter no. ECR/MEC/OPR/335/T&C/Part-I, dtd 20.04.2018, states that for defining the similar nature of work, where agency likely to be engaged is OEM/Authorized dealer of OEM, is not needed". Accordingly, as the instant tender is based on single tender with OEM, hence the eligibility criteria for the instant tenderis dispensed.
