Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Health Kiosks (for spoke centres) capable of doing minimum 30+ different parameter tests, Power AC 50 Hz 230V (Min 207V-Max 253), with display screen (minimum 15.6” XGA 60Hz Capacitive Multi Touch PCAP HDMI Support with Tempered Glass screen protection), web cam (Full HD 1040), Camera (5 Mega Pixel USB 2.0), UPS backup, A4 Laser printer, Thermal Printer, noise cancelling headphone, etc. System (Amlogic processor, Android OS9 or above, min 4GB RAM and storage min 128GB) with Android OS Software.

Software(Telemedicine) consisting of patient registration, vitals capture, diagnostic device integration, video consultation, patient queue, EHR management, e-prescription, reporting, sync to cloud, etc.

Consumables for tests on the health kiosks for 1 year for each spoke centre (including strips, lancets, AAA/AA batteries, coin cell batteries, paper rolls for the machine printers, etc.)

Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage Stabilizer 10KVA (Oil cooled, copper wound, single phase having bye-pass facility) with cabling/wiring, thimbles/fasteners, connections and allied works as per site requirements for spoke centers. The stabilizer is to be designed as per the unbalanced input voltage range (70V-280V) with output voltage range 220V +/- 1%V, Single phase, 50 Hz.

Power Backup (Double Battery Invertor Set 1500 VA, Full Tubular inverter batteries 150 AH each, battery and inverter stand) with wiring thimbles/fasteners, connections and allied works as per site requirements to make the machines functional for spoke centers.

Internet (Dedicated Leased Lines with bandwidth 10 Mbps for spokes) with allied works for 1 year

Hub Hardware Setup (Wall mounted LED display screen 32 inch, video conferencing setup- (HD camera, Noise cancelling Head phone with mic, doctors terminal – ( All-in-one PC 13th Gen, intel core i3-1315U, 8GB DDR4, 52 GB SSD, IPS, FHD 27 inch, wireless keyboard and mouse combo) networking equipment – (Router, 8 port switch, LAN cabling), printer and scanner – (laser printer) etc.

Networking & Power Backup (3 KVA online UPS) for command centre setup/Hub)

Company trained engineer/Technician for providing regular training to the staff of hub and spokes (nominated by the medical/health authorities for operating the system) and for attending day to day technical issues of hub and spokes for a period of one year after commissioning. The person will station at Rajouri and will attend the technical issues of hub as well as all the spoke centers as per requirement
