Stone soiling/pitching with hand packed.Including carriage with all complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Demolishing tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing of PPR conforming to IS-15450 UV stabilised with carbon black having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, cable to withstand temperature upto 80 degree c including all special fitting of composed material e.g Elbows/tees,reducer,couplers and connectors etc,this includes the cost of cutting chases and including testing of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge (concealed work including cutting chases and making good the wall etc)including all required accessories complete job. 30mm dia

Supply and fixing of heigh quality 32mm thick Nitrile insulation tube for water pipe line of approved brand 2" size rock woo lof apparent density 128 kg /cum on outer side of Nitril tube of 50mm thickness including aluminium duct cladding aluminium sheet guage thickness 0.46mm to 0.71mm of approved quality and finished as per direction of engineer in charge (Nitrile Tube 32mm >rock wool 50 mm > aluminium duct cladding 0.46mm - 0.71mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles /skirting of size (600x600)mm with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS-15622 of approved make and manufacture in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete including carriage .

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeer- in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Ceramic gla.z:ed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITC.O, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coa.rse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 mix complete job

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .New work (two or more coats )over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Providing an assembling placing of welded member of M.SAngle for stand of (Water syntex) Including carriage .With all complete job

Grilling of windows with standard steel Grill -Design as per the direction of Engineer in charge fixed to window with necessary nails / bolts etc and painting / priming complete job

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo /Fir wood.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick tongued and grooved pine wood (soft wood ) 4-5 inch in width panelling or wall panelling in wall .Including all necessary fixture including cornc with necessary screw priming coat and varnesh on exposed surface etc complet bran (Rait - wood panelling)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 1 Okg/sqm (4mm thick) float Rate for thickness of glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt· shutters in mm per sqm hinf!eS bright finished of required size with necessary 35 30 screws.first class kail wood
