Supply of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductor (Make-Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster/Ploycab) as per direction of EIC

3 ½ Core 400 sqmm

Laying of one No. cable above 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of one cable above 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.

S&F 100 mm dia. Medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) protection with necy. fitting and jointing material as required.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. [For Morrum Soil] @1.75cubic mtr/earth.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for pipe electrode (morrum soil).

Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer/Earth busbar to earth electrode including S & F Galvanized (Hot Dip) Steel strip 65 mm x 8 mm on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape.

Supply & installation of CPRI approved cubicle type compartmentalised wall cum floor mounted LT panel board of suitable size and shape for existing panel room and made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, angle/ flat iron for structural frame work & followed by nine tank pre-treatment of entire enclosure with powder coated finish paint having copper Bus-bar and following equipment & accessories. Protection required of panel is IP-54.

Bus-bar: 415V 800A Horizontal Bus-bar system with EPR support for main power distribution by S&F electrolyte tinned copper bar.To supply power to individual section from Bus-bar with suitable size copper bar/ wire with socketing, all joint must be of bolted type construction. Proper colour code to be provided by PVC heat shrink sleeves.

Constructional Details: The panel to be made by 2mm thick CRCA sheet. The cable gland packing should be 2.5mm thick and having required nos. of hole for cable entry. Cable entry provision to be made from bottom of the panel and it should be compartmentalized. The panel surface must be pre-treated through 9 tank treatment process before painting by powder coating paint by electrostatic charging system and again to be dried up through heat chamber at 200 degrees Celsius to keep the paint on panel surface with adequate hardness. Cable chamber in the panel shall be 600mm width along the vertical. The panel shall have suitable size integral and removable lifting lug in required nos. All doors should be hinged type railway type locking arrangement and all opening shall be properly gasketted. The material and design should be approved by EIC before fabrication.

Metering & Indication arrangement: a) LED Multifunction Meter (L&T Cat no. WL440010OOOO or eqv make of Schneider /Siemens) – 1 no. b) 630/5A CT (Kappa make) -3 nos. c) LED indicating lamp (Siemens make /Esbee make) – 3 nos. d)16A TPMCB-1 no. e) EI danger board – 1 no.
