Dismanttling of air filter oil bath type from DG Set, Cleaning & Repairs replacing the engine oil & minor parts complete & refixing the same all as directed.

Disconnecting, removing and dismantling water radiator assembly from DG Set of 20 KVA to 35 KVA DG set and descaling the radiator thoroughly with radiator cleaner solution/ any other chemical solvent agent as approved by Engr-In-Charge, stopping of leakage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scrapping the existing oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enameled paint etc., re-installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of battery terminal positive & negative made of brass with necessary brazing to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of battery cable of 70 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable with necessary copper lugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inhabitor non corrossive coolent in 2 lit/01 lit pack for Top-up, mixed with distilled water as recommended ratio, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol, Fleet Guard

Supply only distilled water in 5 lit packed for top up distillled water for mixing of coolent as per recommended ratio, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down dynamo 12 volt from any capacity of DG SET, from the exisintg position, dismantling the same and repairing by turning of commutator replacing the armature, carbon brush varnishing the coil reassembling the parts and refixing in position testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old metal surface by cleaning, removing old paint by paint remover/scrappers for any width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting (second coat shall be applied at the interval of one day) of colour, complete all as specified and directed for DG Sets as followings capacity :-

M&L for disconnecting & dismantling of three phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1460-1500 RPM alternator assembly of any make and model from DG set from installation, transporting the same to workshop, removing all burnt / worn out coils, cleaning of stator slots, insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size, applying two coats of insulating varnish including transporting back the same and re-installation of motor at site complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities: -

S&F as in replacement of LED type indicating lamps of RYB colours as directed at site on existing panel board including necessary fixing and connecting arrangements, complete all as specified and directed

M &L for reconditioning of unserviceable battery 12 volt, 120 to 180 Ah by replacing complete cells, PVC saperaters, electrolyte, terminals & final sealing, recharging and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Make: C&S Cat .LTGLM40WHPLED/W or any equivalent model in Havells/Philips/Wipro.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 watt complete with Pressure die cast aluminum housing enclosed with Heat resistant glass cover in frame complete with IP 65 protection and making electrical connection with using copper conductor 23/ 0.0076 round PVC insulated and sheathed three core cable including mounting on pole, complete all as specified and directed. (Make: C&S Cat Part No. LTESSI45WLED or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro/Philips.

S&F bracket made of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade ISI marked 1.20 mtr long bent to shape with 2 Nos MS clamp duly painted with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide, made of 32x5mm FI with nuts, bolts and washers suitable for off size HT/LT poles including dismantling existing bracket and refixing old/new fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and top cover, with single swan nec all as specified and including the following:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and 2 mtr deep for pole foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavation of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exc 25cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs. S & F in repairs Weather proof street light junction box Made of FRP or MS Sheet of size 20 x 20 x 15 cm depth including MCB, SP, 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way including necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular Poles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Door joint and handle locks arrangement for any size/capacity DG set, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Solenoid switch 12 volt, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all incomming /outgoing electric conenction carefully from automatic servo voltage stabilizer having capacity 20 to 100 KVA and transport to work shop for repair/servicing, dismantling top cover of stabilizer and taking out the coil, drain out the transformer oil and refilling after dehydration of transformer oil, cleaning internaly, including replacement of unserviceable body nut,bolts, washers,top gasket of cork sheet 6mm thick, replacement of internal circuit wiring if any suitable size of copper wire and painting of stabilizer with heat resistant smoke grey synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old rusted surfaces. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, as in grating/bridge over nallah for main, complete all as specified and directed.

Plates (plain or chequered 3mm thick) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding, complete all as specified and directed.
