Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exc.250m but not exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, RCC M25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, RCC M25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions. for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia. and over upto including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binder, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel screw bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 12 to 20mm dia of shank and length of bolt exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specifiued and directed.

Supply and fix for, 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm bore PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for stop valves, fancy type, chromium plated , cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for steel pipe or for unions, 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for bib tap, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and screwing existing steel tubing of size 15mm bore for alterations or additions (each cut measured) complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade,15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking up or down existing steel tubing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for electric water heater, storage typesteel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto capacity 2KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sub main/ circuit wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of casing & capping will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix for, socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 amp flush type universal, 240 volts, with and incuding PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 16 Amp, 240 volts, ISI marked, with and including PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, sheet metal enclosure, double door, vertical type, for DBs for mounting of MCB for 240 Volts, 4 way, with 200 Amps rated bus bar, Single Pole & Neutral, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, MCB, SPN, 240 Volts, 10KA, 'C' curve, 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, MCB, SP, 240 Volts, 10KA, 'C' curve, 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Note: Structural drawings and design for the shed shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work duly got vetted from any IITs/ NITs/ Government Engineering colleges for approval of Accepting Officer. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive. No extra payment shall be entertained in this regard.
