Organizations/ Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc.

RequiredBidder shall quote for IOCL/BPCL/HPCL make only and the equivalents of each item should be mentioned in the uploaded BOM( Bill of materials), otherwise bid will not be considered for opening of price bid.

RequiredTechnical standard specifications/data sheets pertaining to the offered materialsi.e. for each item quoted in the tender.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation.
