Site Preparation, Piping and Manhole works Retaining Walls and Boundary walls: Design and construction of retaining walls upto formation level (average height of 3.3 mts) and boundary wall in framed structure to be constructed around STP site up to 1.8 (6’) height from raised ground level. The work shall include earthwork, foundation work, RCC works, Brick works, civil and architectural finishes and other works contingent thereupon as per the PWD specifications.

Earthwork and filling: Supply all required expertise, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and services required to clear the site of all trees, brush and/or existing structures or debris to provide the site ready for excavation/filling in accordance with plans, PWD specifications and regulations and satisfactory to the HSVP. Supply of filling material, Laying and spreading, compaction shall be carried out as per BIS code 2720 (PART 8) 1983 (relevant part attached) and relevant PWD specifications.

Sewer line Design, supplying, excavating, laying, bedding concrete cradle, testing and commissioning and other contingent works for 1400 mm ø RCC NP4 pipes manufactured from Sulphate Resistant cement outside the plant to the inlet chamber at the STP.

Manholes Design and construction of Manholes of RCC cum Brick manholes as per drawings attached with DNIT in the sizes, shapes, and dimensions and at the locations as per design or as otherwise directed by the ENGINEER along with UPVC steps heavy duty Manhole covers and other contingent works thereto.

PUMPING STATION UNITS Design, construction, supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of 33.75 MLD capacity MPS, Mechanical coarse screen, Raw Effluent Sump, Raw Pump House, Raw Sewage Lifting Pumps, Stilling Chamber, Mechanical Fine screens, Detritus Chamber, R.C.C. Channel, Distribution Channel up to SBR, with 06 numbers (5W+1SB), Horizontal Split Casing centrifugal pumps each of 312.5 M^3/ Hr. @ 18 MWC, vacuum pumps, dewatering pump, interconnecting piping, valves, SCADA, PLC etc. from MPS to STP etc. complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto.
