Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, incl mixing only liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L decorative cornices / moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc. 25 Sqcm and n.exc 50 Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of Plastic paint over primers match with the ceiling sheets all complete as required and directed. (Pattern and design shall be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work)

Complete removal of the existing treatment on old/ new plastered surface of walls/ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete inclding one coat of average POP punning of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and directed. (The POP Punning shall be carried out immediately after removing the existing treatmet of wall surfaces. Applicatin of Plastic emulsion paint shall be carried out by Roller application in monolithic manner)

S&F False ceiling of non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx600mmx4mm thick over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross member) of size 20mmx20mmx1.00mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of 'L' section of size 20mmx20mmx1.00 angles etc.Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing textured surface finish and M & L for granuales textured homogeneous wall finished system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kgs pers pack) made of 92% silica pacrticles coated with fade resistant pigmates, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8 mm - 1.2 mm to be applied on cured, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacturer directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacturer as per the direction / supervision of the Engineer-In-Charge.
