Required001The Tenderer shall have successfully provided German tent and other Items for Annual Convocation purposes to Government or autonomous institutions or any other institution
Required002Scanned Brochers /Information Profile of the firm may be furnished.
Required003Only Authorized agencies registered eligible to participate in the tender process and scanned copies of the certificates to be enclosed.
Required004The German tent and other items shall not be more than three years old
Required005Registration Certificate of the firm - should be enclosed.
Required006The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs 25 Lakhs in at least 2 financial years of the last 5years
Required007Minimum three Performance/Satisfactory Certificates issued by the Govt. or autonomous Institutions past 03 years
Required008They should have similar work experience in Tender for providing German tent and other items to at least 3 Universities or Govt Institution scanned copies of the supply orders past 03 years
Required009Enclose Scanned copy of Address proof - You must have office in any part of the Karnataka
Required010IT returns of the firm for the last 3 years
Required011Technical Man Power possessed by the company/dealer/Manufacturer/ with full details of qualification, experience. - should be enclosed
Required012Enclose Scanned filled & signed Schedule 1
Required013Enclose Scanned Filled in and signed Form-A
Required014Scanned Copy of Pan card must be in firm name
Required015GST registration with latest GST clearance certificate should be enclosed
Required016SelfDeclaration Rs. 500 Non Judicial Stamp Paper certified by the Notary to be submitted stating that the entity has not been black listed by any Government and Non-Governmental Departments
