Road Works: 2.2 . Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness a per Technical Specification Clause 201. (ii) By Mechanical means (a) in area of light jungle

3.5 Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual should be use where machines cannot be deployed due to site condition)

3.2 Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

3.4 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50m, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 (I) Private Land.

3.14 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (I) Private Land.

4.1(A) GRANULAR SUB-BASES (NON-BITUMINOUS) AND SHOULDERS Construction of granular sub-base by providing well greaded material, spreading in uniform layers with by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Technical specification cl. 401. (ii) For Grading II Material

4.7 WBM Grading 2 (Using stone screening Type-B 11.2mm for Gr.II) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means.

4.7 WBM Grading 3 (Using stone screening Type-B 11.2mm for Gr.II) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means.

4.9 'Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to wet mix macadam including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base coarse on a well prepared sub-base and coompacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 m lead

5.1. 'Prime Coat Low Porosity: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

5.2 'Tack coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

5.3 'Bituminous Macadam: Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site up to a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as epr Technical Specification Clause 504.

16.10 'Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.

10.2 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. 16.60 Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for three years.
