Surface Preparation & painting of DSE-204 heat exchanger -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All external surfaces of the shell & channel, internal surfaces of channel and tubesheets shall be grit blasted to SA 2.5 finish or equivalent and painted as per following scheme. Drawing No: 1705599 Shell Side: Primer – 1 coat of heat resistant silicone aluminium paint @ 20 microns DFT/coat. Finish Paint – 2 coats of heat resistant silicone aluminium paint @ 20 microns DFT/coat. Shell side area- 45 sq.m.(Approx.) Tube Side: Primer- 1 coat of heat resistant silicone aluminium paint @ 20 microns DFT/coat. Finish Paint- 2 coats of heat resistant silicone aluminium paint @ 20 microns DFT/coat. Tube side painting area – 15 sq.m. (Approx) Entire works shall be done as per the special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer in charge.
Surface preparation & painting of KE-10 A tube bundle Tube sheet surface and internal surface of floating head assembly shall be blasted to SA 2.5 finish or equivalent and painted as per following scheme. Drawing No: 1715661 Primer – 1 coat of epoxy zinc phosphate paint @ 40 microns DFT/coat. Finish Paint – 2 coats of epoxy high build paint @ 125 microns DFT/coat. Entire works shall be done as per the special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer in charge.
Surface preparation & painting of KE-10 B tube bundle ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tube sheet surface and internal surface of floating head assembly shall be blasted to SA 2.5 finish or equivalent and painted as per following scheme. Drawing No: 1715661 Primer – 1 coat of epoxy zinc phosphate paint @ 40 microns DFT/coat. Finish Paint – 2 coats of epoxy high build paint @ 125 microns DFT/coat. Entire works shall be done as per the special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer in charge.
Surface preparation & painting of K-V6 column All external surfaces of the column and skirt shall be grit blasted to SA 2.5 finish or equivalent and painted as per following scheme Drawing No: 1915651 Primer – 1 coat of inorganic zinc silicate paint @ 65-75 microns DFT/coat. Finish Paint – 1 coat of polysiloxane paint @ 60 microns DFT/coat. Total painting area – 60 sq.m.(Approx) Entire works shall be done as per the special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer in charge.
Supply of poly siloxane paint.
Supply of thinner for poly siloxane paint. Make of the thinner shall be same as that of paint
Supply of high build epoxy paint.
Supply of thinner for high build epoxy paint. Make of the thinner shall be same as that of paint.
