ROADS /PATH/HARD STANDING/CULVERT

M& L for Granular sub Base (GSB) with grading V of 200mm thick Compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each, Compacted seperately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient asnd camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ Grader and vibratory soil compacter of Capacity 8-10 ton all as specified and as directed. (a) Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granual sub base filling shall be carried out under Optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50 modified density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/ checked for suitability to use. (e) The lead/ Royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/ Adjustment for increased in lead or Rate of Royalty due to whatever reason shall be admissible on his account. (f) Contractor shall use Vibratory earth compactor inlieu of Power roller to achieve 98.00% MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in Perticular specification.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M 25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at shape curve shall not be more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of distribution Transformer step down 11/0.433 KV with HT 3 phase and LT 3 phase 4 wire system copper wound with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side for a variation of secondary voltage +/- 7.5% insteps of 2.5% cotinuous rating of 500 KVA outdoor type confirming to IS 1180 Part 1 2014 (amended) and Energy Efficiency Level 2 as amended with and including the following: (a) Lifting lugs/ hooks for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve with dummy plug. (f) Conservator with level guage. (g) Silica gel breather (h) First oil fill up upto the recommended level by manufacturer with new oil conforming to IS 335. (j) Type of connection : Delta/Star. (k) Type of cooling : ONAN. (l) Vector Group : DYN 11. (m) Type of connecting arrangement : Cable termination boxes on both HT and LT side. (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 degree centigrage maximum. (o) All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core, winiding and oil. (p) In addition to the above all standard fittings shall be provided as per IS norms.

[iii] Tubular battery of 12 Volts, 150 AH of sufficient quantity to be provided and rate quoted shall be deemed included in the cost of batteries. [iv] Manual changeover switch 20 Amps single phase, 240 Volts to be provided near inverter for switching on to normal electric supply, incase solar system fails. Cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted. [v] Solar inverter supply will feed to light fittings of parking area, staircase lights, building security lights in ground floor and passage lights, staircase lights of each floor of building.
